Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following at checkout:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Maestro

Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full card details. 

Currency, Pricing & VAT

  • All prices on yehaw.co.uk are shown in GBP (£).

  • UK orders: prices include VAT where applicable.

  • International banks may apply currency conversion and/or foreign transaction fees. Any import duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Authorisation & When You’re Charged

  • Your bank may place a pre-authorisation at checkout.

  • You are typically charged when the order is confirmed; occasionally when items ship.

  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel that line and release/refund the amount for it.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

Your bank may require 3-D Secure verification (e.g., a one-time code or app approval). If authentication fails, the order will not complete; please try again or use another method.

Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Enter promo codes on the basket/checkout before payment.

  • Unless stated otherwise, one code per order.

  • Promotions are time-limited, subject to stock, and non-transferable.

  • Refunds for promotional orders reflect the final price paid after discounts.

Order Review & Fraud Prevention

We use automated and manual checks to protect customers. We may decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) where we suspect unauthorised activity or pricing/stock errors.

Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

If your payment is declined:

  • Check card number, expiry date, CVC, billing address and postcode.

  • Ensure sufficient funds and that online/international payments are enabled.

  • If issues persist, contact your bank, then get in touch with us.

Pending/duplicate charges: multiple attempts can create temporary holds on your account. These usually clear automatically within a few business days (bank-dependent).

Refunds (How You’re Credited)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once processed by us, banks typically take 3–10 business days to post funds; digital wallets may be faster. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Chargebacks

If there’s a problem, contact us first. We resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback may delay your refund while the bank investigates.
