Return Policy
We offer the possibility to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no refunds or exchanges can be made.
We accept returns of both new and worn items within this 14-day period.

Return Processing Fees
There are no restocking fees.
How to Return an Item:
1️⃣ Contact our customer service at contact@yehaw.co.uk to initiate your return request.
2️⃣ You can also use the withdrawal form available on our website.
3️⃣ Once approved, return the item to the following address:

Why Brussels? Our company is based in Brussels. Our head office and centralised returns centre are located in Uccle (Brussels), where we inspect items, process exchanges/refunds and replenish stock. We mainly sell to UK customers via yehaw.co.uk, but returns are processed at our Belgian centre to ensure consistent quality control.
Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception — if an item is received defective or damaged on delivery, you may keep the item and we will send a replacement at our expense (no return shipping required).
You are responsible for the return parcel until it is received by our team—we cannot guarantee delivery.
If the value of the returned product exceeds £90, we recommend using a tracked service and/or parcel insurance.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Refunds and Exchanges
Conditions for Refund or Exchange Acceptance
Any return request made after 14 days from receipt of the order will not be accepted.
If any defects or damage are found on the returned item without prior proof (photos or videos), the refund or exchange request will automatically be cancelled.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns with stained or marked products will not be exchanged or refunded.
The printed order confirmation email must be included in the return parcel. Without this document, the return cannot be processed and will be considered lost.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt and to approve or reject the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 2 days (timing may vary depending on your bank).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated time:

2️⃣ Contact your card issuer.
3️⃣ Contact your bank.
4️⃣ If the issue persists, please contact our customer service at contact@yehaw.co.uk.
Exchanges
Only items that are defective or damaged upon delivery can be replaced.
To prove that the damage was not caused after delivery, we require a photo of the product in its original packaging at the time of unboxing, showing the label and delivery information clearly. For defective or damaged items received on delivery, no return is required: you may keep the item and we will ship a replacement at our expense once your claim is approved.
