Processing and Delivery Times:

Change of Delivery Address:
Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address. If a change of address is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@yehaw.co.uk.
Cancellation Policy and Address Errors:
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. We recommend submitting your cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our returns policy for any refund requests.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your delivery address before finalising your order. Address corrections are only possible if your order is still being processed.

Damaged Parcels in Transit:
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and immediately informing our customer service team.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@yehaw.co.uk and include photos of the product and its packaging.
